The master thesis is focused on the elaboration of the proposed investment project funded through funds from the European union funds. The work is consists of a theoretical and practical part. In the theoretical part, the concepts of investment, investment projects, sources of project financing and drawing of funds from European union funds are analyzed. The practical part is a draft proposal for an investment project using Union resources. There is also the characteristic of a particular business, the structure of the budget needed to finance the project, and the economic evaluation of the project through dynamic methods.
