The bachelor thesis is focused on the issues of financing of enterprises and financial resources used by the company. The introductory part of the thesis is focused on defining the concepts of enterprise financing and explaining the basis of the enterprises financing role. Furthermore, the classification of financial resources is systematically explained. The following part is devoted to the theoretical dividing and definition of financial resources based on their ownership, time of exploitation and position towards the enterprise. Another part of thesis is dealt with a descriptive analysis of specific examples of internal and external resources such as: profit, depreciations, reserves, owners deposits, loans, etc. The last part is focused on the practical use of theoretical knowledge and financial-economic analysis of the selected enterprise. The thesis includes analysis of capital structure, evaluation of used own and foreign resources, recommendation of optimal capital structure. The conclusion of the last chapter is devoted to a detailed analysis of the use of specific internal and external resources.
