The aim of the bachelor thesis is to identify the corporate culture profile in Slovak companies based on the methodology of Quinn and others. In order to fulfill the main objective, the first chapter provides the theoretical definitions of corporate culture. We analyze different types of corporate culture. The attention is paid to the theoretical basis of the Quinn and others typology. A questionnaire research is based on the typology of Quinn and others. We analyze the opinions of respondents on the predominant profile of the corporate culture. The results of our questionnaire survey show that hierarchical corporate culture was dominant in Slovak companies. It aims at procedures and rules. But according to the views of respondent clan corporate culture should be dominant in future. Employees of Slovak companies would appreciate moving towards friendlier working environment for work.
