Main goal of my work was to collect data, which we gather by using theory about relationship between profesional forest manager and state administration for forest management. My thesis is based on forestry politics, with focus on tools of forestry politics, on state administration for forest management, which is main oragnisation involved in politico-administrative system and on profesional forest manager, which is expertly competent for activities quoted in § 48 forestry law. Important part is discussion where we compare results for IMPEVALES project and opinions of people from Slovakia, Czech republic and Austria, which already have experiences in this problematics and knows basis on which realation between profesional forest manager and state administration for forest management Works. To secure sustainable management of forests it is crucial to dispose with enough people capable to control activities done on forest based on profesional forest manager.
