Blanka Giertliová, PhD. s. 58The aim of my bachelor thesis is to prepare a financial and economic analysis of the company Mestské lesy Revuca, s. r. o. The analysis is made from the company's financial statements for the period from 2012 to 2016. The evaluation of the absolute, sundry and ratio indicators focuses on the evaluation of the financial health of the company. Information of a financial nature is not sufficient to properly analyze the company on it is own. It is important to understand how society works, its market position and its competitiveness. The result will by SWOT analysis, which exactly show strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and treats. SWOT analysis showed that likvidity and turnover time of own capital are the strengths and payment time of short obligation is weakness. From financial-economic analysis we can predicted, that company Mestské lesy Revuca s. r. o. should be prosperities in the next few years. The results of the analysis and suggestions for improving the economic situation of the company will be discussed with the Board of Directors of Mestské lesy Revuca s. r. o.
