Zvolen: TU, 2018. 70 s.The theme of this diploma thesis is a survey of customer satisfaction with applied marketing mix tools at the selected company, which is applied by a company Damedis s.r.o, in relation to its customers. The implementation of the survey itself and the establishment of recommendations, resulting from evaluated and collected data, is preceded by the theoretical training in the field. The thesis consists of two parts, the practical part and the theoretical part.The theoretical part brings a summary of the knowledge from the field of marketing mix, where we include product, price, distribution and communication. In the framework of the practical part, we introduce the Damedis and present the results from a questionnaire survey which focused on customer satisfaction with the applied marketing mix tools in this company, and we will establish the final recommendations for Damedis.The aim of this thesis is to evaluate the effectiveness of the current marketing policy in the field of marketing mix.
