Zvolen: TU, 2018. 66pThe target of Master thesis is to discuss the Benchmarking comparing innovations in selected company BIS audio and its concerns. The work is divided into several parts. The first part is focused on the theoretical basis of solving problems in the benchmarking field, benchmarking relations and innovations. Subsequently, the aim of the work and methodology is determined, which is applied in benchmarking in the selected company. The KANO model is used as a basic method of benchmarking. The conclusion and reference in resolution of problematics are formed based on the KANO model. On the basis of the benchmarking comparing of innovations in the selected business, the conclusion is ascertained which is identifying the benchmark in the innovation field of High End electronics as well as its customers point of view.
