The topic of master thesis is current asset management in an enterprise. Topic of the bachelor thesis is developed. Master thesis is divided into two parts, theoretical and research one. In the theoretical part we define the concept and classification of current assets, their division and the items they consist of. Standardization of current assets and indicators of their use are defined in the thesis as well. Next part is focused on the methodology of current asset management, namely ratios and differential liquidity indicators, inventory methods, optimization theories and inventory management. The research part deals with the analysis of selected indicators and of current asset management in the University Forest Enterprise in Zvolen. The analysis was conducted over the last 5 years, namely from 2013 to 2017. Conclusion of the thesis is devoted to the results of the analysis and proposals to improve the situation in studied enterprise.
