The bachelor thesis deals with rating the quality of service at Športovo-oddychový areál in Stožok. Goal of the thesis is to find areas of offered services which lead to dissatisfaction of the customer and to bring up a solution for them. The theoretical part of the thesis introduces the key facts from areas of service, quality, rating quality of the service or customer´s satisfaction. Practical part focuses on client´s satisfaction at the Športovo-oddychový areál. The research was implemented in the form of a questionaire. Based on the results some adjustments were reccommended to improve the quality of offered service.
