The topic of the bachelor thesis is the influence of human factor in quality management. In a theoretical part there will be explaied the basic concepts such as quality, quality management system. A substantial part of the theoretical knowledge is devoted to the motivation of the employees in organizations. In other parts there is a defined goal and methodology of the work. The practical part is focused on the characteristics of Netspace s. r. o. The main goal of the bachelor thesis is to resolve present and required position of the employees motivation, and based on a questionnaire survey is to find out their satisfaction with the selected motivational factors. In the final part, based on the results of the survey, we propose the measures to improve the current situation.
