The aim of our bachelor thesis with theme „The Use of selected methods and tools for improving the quality in selected enterprise“, is to clarify and subsequently apply appropriate methods and tools of the quality management in the chosen enterprise through the theoretical knowledge. The thesis has six chapters and is divided into the theoretical and practical part. In the theoretical part there is an overview of knowledge about the quality, quality management, international ISO organization and the theory of methods and tools for quality improvement and characteristics of seven basic tools. The practical part of the thesis contains the characteristics of the chosen company and system of the quality management of this company. In the analytical part there is the application of three selected quality tools to solve the problems of the chosen company. At the end of the thesis there is the evaluation of the results and the design of the measures to ensure the ongoing improvement of the quality in the company.
