The thesis defines and classifies services, marketing and marketing mix of services and it explains the importance of understanding consumer behaviour and importance of marketing research in service company. The purpose of the thesis is to analyze used tools of marketing mix in selected service company and based on marketing research to evaluate the satisfaction of current customers with these tools. The completion of this thesis is to establish conclusions, recommendations and propose specific solutions to increase the satisfaction with provided services and to improve the position of the company.
