Objective of the thesis is the issue of 3D printers and recycling of produced materials and residues. It deals with three basic 3D printing methods. The thesis is divided into a theoretical and practical part. Characteristics of 3D printing and characteristics of used materials for printing. I analyze the possibilities of reuse of the produced materials. Focus on FDM 3D Printing Method. In the practical part, the design of the material processing by the extruder is included. Manufacture of extruder for home use, testing and defrosting. Sample production and their preparation for comparison. Subsequent evaluation of the samples, that were tested. The evaluation of the measurements is then processed into tables and graphs and compared. Drawing conclusions from measured results.
