This diploma thesis deals with the optimization of the corporate system at KPUH s.r.o. company, which figure on the hockeyball market. The diploma thesis consists of a theoretical and practical part. In the theoretical part, we focused on explaining concepts such as, for example, logistics, purchasing logistics, production logistics, warehousing and distribution logistics, distribution logistics. We also focused on series production and custom production. We defined process attributes. Finally, we have focused on costing. In the practical part we analyzed the production process at KPUH s.r.o., where we divided the production process into individual parts and described them in more detail. We defined a portfolio of produced products. We focused on reducing costs, so we had to calculate the cost for each product separately. Finally, we have designed innovations in the production process that will reduce the cost of the product. And evaluate the return on investment in technology.
