The main objective of the Master thesis is to evaluate the quality of education at selected universities on the basis of collected electronic questionnaires. In particular, three universities are being compared: the Technical University in Zvolen, the Technical University in Košice and the Matej Bel University in Banská Bystrica. The first chapter of the thesis is devoted to the theoretical knowledge where we explain terms such as quality, quality management, university etc. Another part of this chapter describes rated universities and their information systems. In the second chapter we focus on the objective of the presented thesis, the third chapter is the methodology of work and we discuss the issue of creating and evaluating the questionnaires, advantages and disadvantages of electronic questionnaires etc. The fourth, practical part presents specific results. In this section, there are graphs of the questionnaires evaluated. Each question has at least one graph along with its description. The practical part is followed by the conclusion being the summary of the thesis.
