The main goal of the bachelor thesis is processing and comparing the laws about personal protective equipment which are used in Slovakia, in the USA and Great Britain. The thesis provides description of the individual personal protective equipment, their using, care, dangers, limitations, training of employees who are using personal protective equipment and who are exposed to dangers at work and duties of employers. It focuses in more details on head protection, hearing protection, face and eyes protection, hands protection, respiration protection, legs protection and protection of whole body. Practical part of the thesis is focuses on differences in laws in individual countries which are described in individual section. Finally the result of this comparision are named in the content section of individual enactment.
