Impact of technology process requirement on force parameters and roughness while turning of brake discs. Aim of thesis is on experimentally made measurements of impact by technology process requirement on force parameters and surface roughness of milling brake discs. First chapter is mentioning about overview of nowadays state of brake discs ant their characteristic. Second chapter is focused on turning principles and technology process parameters. In third chapter include methodics of measuring cutting forces and machine which measures cutting forces. Fourth chapter mentioning about surface roughness and impact of selected factors on surface roughness. Last chapter include design and realization of brake discs turning experiment on turning machine OPTiturn D460x1000 and measured value evaluation. Measured values are three parts of complete Force, which was set by mathematical equation. Technology process parameters of experiment was feed, cutting depth and turning speed. Execution of measured parameters is recorded in tables and evaluated by charts. Measurement machine is piezoelectric dynamometer 9257A of Kistler AG Company, located in Switzerland.
