The subject of the master thesis is "Application of process management with focusing on risk management of production processes in the production enterprise". In the first part we will oriented on theoretical analysis of the issue with emphasis on the implementation new revision of the STN EN ISO 9001: 2016 standard with focusing on risk management in the production company. In the practical part we will identifing processes and we will optimizing and reducing the risk in production processes based on the knowledge gained in the selected company. In concluding part we will deal with preventive actions to reduce the risks in production processes.
