The thesis deals with the solution of the problem of creating a residential building with a specific architectural shape. The solution of the combined structure, the CLT panels with the use of the skeletal structure and the monolithic reinforced concrete foundations in combination with the wooden supporting part based on the feet. Another problem solved is its insulated perimeter shell to create the best thermal insulating envelope of the building. Part of the designed building concept is also designed for passive houses. The main part is the assessment of the living space in terms of the energy intensity of the building. The residential building is considered in the PHPP program, which provides initial information on the functionality of the building. Based on the results in the PHPP program, the air-conditioning and heat recovery unit, as well as the heat pump, are adapted.
