Josef Drábek, PhD.; Zvolen; 2. 5. 2018; 82 pp.In the theoretical part of the diploma thesis we specifically discuss the concept of quality. We will analyze the basic concepts of quality, quality management, quality functions and quality management systems. We also analyze the questionnaire theory further, given that the questionnaires are our key element in the evaluation of the quality of education at the Technical University in Zvolen. In the methodology of the diploma thesis and also in the evaluation and discussion of the diploma thesis, we will evaluate the questionnaires completed by the students for the year 2018. After analyzing and comparing the dependencies of the two categories we will evaluate the quality of the provided education on the basis of their results.
