The work explores hunting management of boar game in selected hunting entities in the district Púchov. The first part includes the introduction of boar game in the zoological system, the occurrence of boar game within Slovakia and Europe, the description of boar game and the way boar animals live.In the second part I have described the character of the territory where the analysis itself is carried out. There are 14 hunting areas in this monitored area, which I have divided from hunting grounds. In this chapter, I also described biotic factors.The main goal of my work, the management of boar game for the period 2013-2017, is analysed in detail in the secondary section, where I chose six hunting grounds where the wild game is the most widespread. I was looking for a hunting plan, a NKS, a JKS, a shooting evaluation in 2013-2017, a trophy quality, and finally I made a sugestion to improve the current state.
