Study of staying features of gray wolf Canis lupus sampling for parasitology examination in hunting district J XXI Čergov, Bachelor thesis, Technical University in Zvolen, Faculty of Forestry, Department of applied zoology and wildlife management, Supervisor: doc. The bachelor thesis is dealing with basic information about gray wolf (Canis lupus), focusing on its staying features and their practical use in ground conditions with game dropping used for examination of chosen parasitological aspects (Protozoa). The part of the ground study in bachelor thesis was supposed to be a routine handling of sampling methods and preservation of samples in terrain. Together we used 39 gray wolf game dropping samples from districts of Stará Ľubovňa, Bardejov and Sabinov from June 2016 until April 2017. The game dropping samples were used for international studies in parazitology solving in Czech republic, Poland and USA. Department of applied zoology and wildlife management, Faculty of Forestry, University in Zvolen is co-operating partner. Within estimated results was diagnosed positive findings of fragments kryptosporid, breed Cryptisforidum canis. For long term character of shown study the laboratory examination wasn't finnished in term of writing the thesis. The thesis is pointing on specific causer of illnesses of wolfs as well as on potention of people's health hazard. By "profesional" infection are threatened game shots, foresters, agriculturalists as well as other interest groups from categories of human activities in nature.
