In this thesis are the species Lk4 Molinia meadows, Lk5 Hygrophilous tall-herb fringe communities of plains and of the montane to alpine belts, Lk6 Waterlogged meadows of mountain and foothill areas, Lk7 Alluvial meadows, Overgrown shrubbery wet meadows with dominance purple willow (Salix cinerea) probably related to habitat Lk6, Stands of White Birch (Betula pendula) belonging to the Lk7 Bitumen, Fragments of the original dry meadow with a matgrass (Nardus stricta) on a convex relief within the habitats and Lk6 and Lk7 biotope and Open grasslands at the places removed volunteer trees within permanent monitoring sites. We have identified appropriate mitigation measures for individual habitats. We have gained important information about the mapped territory. On the basis of the data obtained, we have developed a ground for the declaration of the area for the Nature Reserve Vlčkove meadow.
