From the point of view of the legal regulations, the business-law relationship is governed in particular by the Commercial Code, which is based mainly on the Civil Code when making purchases. In today's modern world, business-to-business relationships work primarily through the Internet, better known as the Internet shop, which is governed in particular by the Electronic Commerce Act. Within this trade, we meet not only new methods and practices, but also the problems between buyers and sellers when buying and selling a particular product under agreed terms of contract under the current legislation.
