This thesis deals with permeability of the road 1/72 in the Tisovec-Zbojska section for Eurasian lynx (Lynx lynx L.) after its partial reconstruction of 4.2 km, and the factors that can affect the passages of this species through the studied part. The survey was conducted during the two winter seasons 2016/2017 and 2017/2018, where a total of 12 controls were conducted using the 11.1 km line transect method. The results of the thesis showed that the reconstruction had no effect on the probability of the lynx permeability. Moreover, the density of recorded ungulate passages as the main prey species for lynx did not affect the species permeability as well. Nevertheless, it has also been found that the maximum density of crossing of lynx per 1 km in the same section is equal to the maximum density of crossing of ungulates and other large carnivores per 1 km.
