Today's society is affected by the dynamic pace of life. Organizations are many more often influenced by different changes and responding quickly to them is necessary if they want to keep up its competitiveness on the market. Changes may concern the organization as a whole or only its parts. Change Management helps organizations organize and implement changes smoothly, offering different procedures and models of changes that can be made. The main topic of this bachelor Thesis is "Change Management Focusing on Strategic Change Management in a Business."The thesis is divided into the theoretical and analytical part. In the theoretical part, the definitions are given, concepts such as: change, the nature of change management, types of changes, models of change management, strategic change, change management phase, change management process.In the analytical part is described the topic of strategic change in the company PPS Group a.s., which is focused on the change of human resources in the enterprise. This part was processed based on interviews with the Human Resources Manager, and information provided by HR department. The final part of this work is a summary of the processed information, with suggestions and recommendations for improving the current state of the enterprise.
