This diploma thesis is a continuance of the dissertation work research of Quantification and prediction of the erosion of watercourse shores ALLMANOVÁ (2016). The thesis is focused on development of using the BANCS model (Bank Assessment for Non-point Source Consequences of Sediment) in the conditions of the Slovak Republic. This method is based on the calculation of the BEHI index and the NBS index. The research was carried out on the test flow profiles on the Sestrč watercourse in the geomorphological complex Chočské mountais and watercourse Tŕstie in the geomorphological units of Myjavská upland and White Carpathians. The aim of this diploma thesis was to continue in the research of Quantification and prediction of erosion on the mentioned watercourses. The first measurement was made by ALLMANOVÁ (2016) in 2015. The second measurement was carried out in 2017, where 13 new test flow profiles were established. On the test flow profiles erosion pins were located in the middle of the shore, data of the actual annual erosion of the shores were measured and the indices values were determined. After performing the measurements on the test flow profiles, erosive prediction curves were created.
