The diploma thesis deals with a customer satisfaction with selective service. The thesis is divided into two main parts – theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part obtains definitions of basic marketing terms such as consumer, consumer behavior, customer, customer satisfaction, marketing research, marketing mix and services. The practical part is focused on analyzing one of the selected services and especially it presents the results of realized marketing research of the customer satisfaction. The proposals and recommendations for company are formulated with respect to the results from the questionnaire evaluation.
