The purpose of this thesis is to characterize commercial obligations, name their importance, introduce ways of responsibility security, describe expiration of commercial obligations and analyze exploitation of Contract for work in conditions of Technical University in Zvolen. I deal with basic characteristic of Contract of work and its main terms.Thesis is divided to three chapters, where in first of them I characterize commercial obligations based from § 261 Commercial Code. In second chapter there is processed legal form of Contract for Work and the last chapter is dedicated to analyse of Contract for Work in condition of Technical University in Zvolen. Contracts of Technical University are from Central Register of Contracts. The part of thesis is an attachment, in which there are all Contracts for Work of TU in Zvolen for tracking period from 18. 1. 2012 to 6. 11. 2017.The result of the thesis will be get to know Slovak legal form of commercial obligations adjustment and Contract for work, even analysis of expoitation of Contract for Work in conditions of Technical University in Zvolen.
