Business competitiveness dynamics is currently at a level where success is primarily driven by continuous innovations and changes. However, a large number of companies remain skeptical and stagnant in their approach to the strategic process, which puts the company at a competitive disadvantage. Business success is ensured by the enterprise's readiness to accelerate pace and frequency of changes, it is another opportunity for proactive businesses. For unprepared, change represents a threat.The main topic of the diploma thesis is the analysis of the power field and its optimization in change management. The thesis is divided into a theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part deals with definitions of change management concepts and details of force field analysis. The practical part follows the solution of the given problem of change management and force field analysis through the questionnaire method in a specific company AUTOTECHNA Baránek, s.r.o.. Various proposals and measures are created for optimization of the force field in the process of change management in the company, during the design and implementation of changes. The final part is the sum of the results found in the selected company and the proposals of the force field optimization.
