Spines of common spruce roots were rooted in the substrate to which various preparations containing symbiotic fungi and useful bacteria were applied. The cuttings were subsequently grown in packages and grown for 2 years. The main task was to evaluate the influence of the preparations on the growth of the above-ground part and the root system 2 + k2 of the cuttings. This diploma thesis describes the growth response of vegetative spruce material for the application of 8 preparations based on useful microorganisms. In this work is analyzed in detail the characteristics of the wood, its vegetative propagation and also the conditions of cultivation of cuttings. Characterized are the variants from which we have taken four-year cuttings. These variants are compared and evaluated from the results of other authors who have also dealt with this issue. At the end of this work there is a brief description of the measured above-ground and root parts. Keywords: vegetative reproduction, common spruce, cuttings.
