The here proponed thesis deals with the extraction of pine monocultures in the area of western Slovakia, specifically in the Borská lowland. The aim of the bachelor thesis is description of farming and the characteristic of the extraction of pine coppice on the windy sands in the area of Záhorie. The thesis also includes the description and division of the machinery that is used for the individual forestgrowing operations.These are the machines for the preparation of the soil before afforestation, machines utilized for the process of afforestation itself until the harvesting and transportation machines. Among the most frequently used machines for the extraction of wood on windy sands are multioperational harvesters. The preparation of the soil before afforestation is secured by soil cutters, tillers, plows,smyky,rollers and gates.On the exmanied area ... Mainly artificial forrest innovation is employed on the examined area because of deficient natural regeneration. The most commonly used method of afforestation in this area is artifficial afforestation with the help of special planting spades. The thesis also includes the adjoint production of the mining of windy sands and their utilization. Moreover, it handles the conventional methods of use of wood raw material.
