The aim of the bachelor thesis is the processing of literature dealing with problems of methods and assessment of damages in the production and transport process. The work was divided into separate chapters. The first chapter deals with the theoretical bases and descriptions of individual concepts such as mining, forestry policy, sustainable development. In the next chapter, we defined the aim of the work and described in detail the extent of damage to forest ecosystems and causes of damage to forest stands in the logging-transport process. In this chapter, we also devoted to the post-processing workplace. The most important findings from this work were the methods by which we evaluate soil damage, damage to the forest ecosystem and damage to the remaining crop. In the mining-transport process the soil is damaged by compaction and petroleum substances, which results in mining-transport erosion. In the case of mining and cutting wood, on the other hand, the remaining trees suffer. We have also described and formulated this problem in a separate chapter. A substantial part of the work is to prevent damage and to minimize damage in the logging-transport process. This issue is very important for the future development of the mining and transportation process. The main objective of this issue will be to seek and innovate the technologies used in the logging-transport process and to find tools and technological processes that minimize damage to forest ecosystems.
