The aim of the masters thesis is to design a line for the recycling of construction waste for a controlled landfill Construction waste will be used as a secondary raw material and will not need to be disposed of. The masters thesis deals with the issue of collection of construction waste and demolition waste in Slovakia and its largest producers. In this part of the thesis there are defined possibilities of using the output of recycling. The main aim of this masters thesis is the calculation and determination of the construction waste disintegrator, the conveyor belt, the selection of the magnetic separator and the sorting device. The design followed by the creation of a 3D model of the entire recycling line and the subsequent drawing. The line is designed for smaller capacity and recycling performance. The last chapter focuses on the environmental and economic assessment of the proposal. For example, a recycle can be used as a backbone for engineering networks.
