The diploma thesis contains project solution of a passive apartment house, taking into account fire safety. The theoretical part deals with the characteristics of the construction system, the fire characteristic of the structural elements and units, and the determination of the requirements for fire resistance of the structure constituting the building according to STN 92 0201-2: 2017. Furthermore, the thesis characterizes the correct design of the passive building. The practical part consists of elaboration of the drawing documentation, the division of the building into fire sectors and the determination of the requirements for the structures that make up the building in terms of fire resistance. Next, the practical part consists of an assessment of the escape route and the calculation of distance distances. The last part of the thesis obtains calculations of the real heat demand for heating the whole building using PHPP and consequently for the individual flats, the calculated heat demand for heating by PHPP is calculated.
