The thesis describes problems concered with new form of education,also known as e-learning. E-learning is educating with the aid of information-communication technologies (ICT). In the thes is we will find definition of basic concepts, apportionment, several forms of education, classwork through ICT, courses, education trainings, all in electronic version. The thesis also contains description of situation in this form of education in the world,in Europe and e-learning’s support pojects. E-learning modul was evolved for education of students and course leavers in area of handling portable chain saws at processing of accident al calamity and more effictive learning process.
