The main aim of the master thesis is, following the theoretical framework dealing with the issue, to analyse, compare the level of motivation in terms of the size of the enterprise in the years 2017 and 2018. The master thesis is divided into several parts. First part of the thesis is devoted to theoretical definition of motivation, motivation tools, motivation systems, methods and theories as well. The research is aimed at the analysis and comparison of the level of motivation in terms of the enterprise size in the years 2017 and 2018.
