The aim of the thesis was to create location of forces and means suggestion with classify volunteer fire brigade of village and volunteer fire brigade of city into the surface coverage of territory. We have focused on requirement to create new VFBV, based on real state review of this district, its location considering distance, time of arrival and financial conditions. Importance of the thesis was to create the proposal of the surface coverage of territory by fire brigades with volunteer fire brigade classify. The aim of thesis was complied by creating of this proposal.
