The first part describes the history of aircraft simulators for different aircraft types. The next part is devoted to the design and construction of an air simulator model for the training of private Cessna 172 aircraft pilots. The functionality of the proposed model is then verified by electrical equipment as well as by the Phoenix R/C 5.5 software designed to simulate aircraft model control. The last part deals with the analysis of selected aircraft simulators designed for aircraft pilot training.
