The first part of the bachelor thesis includes definition of legal and natural (entrepreneurs) person’s obligations in the section of fire protection. These obligations are divided by law into two sections: obligation for preventing the emergence of fire and obligation for effective firefighting. Furthermore, the second part of the thesis describes the application of these obligations in practical operation. The application of these obligations in real operation is monitored as well as the assessment of security status is reviewed by comparison of real status with obligations from the legislation in the section of fire protection. The result is an assessment of the fire hazard and the state of preventive protection with the proposal of measures to increase the fire safety of the facility
