The subject of this bachelor thesis is to show the differences between permanent accommodation and temporary accommodation. The layout solution that appears on permanent accommodation does not always apply to temporary accommodation. By comparing these types of accommodation, temporary accommodation has been created to serve the individual for quality rest after an exhausting working week. Functionality and practicality were the key words in designing the interior. Nowadays the beginning trend in Slovakia is houseboats, placing that interior in this environment was the ideal choice. These floating houses are found in the vicinity of nature and water, which is reflected in the interior. The absence of frequent rectangular shapes should have a connection with the surrounding environment to create an atmosphere of relaxing environment.
