The bachelor thesis focuses on the issue of process management of production enterprises. The main objective was to determine the level of utilization of the process approach and its impact on the management of production enterprises. The bachelor thesis consists of two parts. In the theoretical part, we learn about issues related to process management. We will use professional literature in book or electronic form to define basic concepts. In the practical part, we will focus on the analysis of the results of the questionnaire survey. Selected questions from the questionnaire are evaluated using the absolute and relative abundance in graphs and the statistical pivot table method. Based on contingency tables, analyze the interrelationships of individual questions and compare their actual values with the expected values. Based on the CHITEST function in MS Excel, we calculate the probability values of these relationships. Subsequently, we test them at a 10% significance level and evaluate them. At the end, we will submit suggestions and recommendations that could be of benefit to manufacturing companies operating in the Slovak Republic.
