Bachelor thesis deals with the issue of indicators for measuring the performance of business processes. The object of this work is to determine the usage and preference indicators the measure performance of business processes in practice. The thesis presents problems of theoretical knowledge of business processes and process measurement indicators. The work consists of four chapters. The first chapter defines the various terms encountered in business processes. In the second chapter to distinguish individual process measurement indicators. The practical part, that the third and fourth chapter, consists of research using indicators to measure performance of business processes in practice regularly used by 76% of participating companies. In conclusion, we evaluate the results of the survey. The annex consist of declaration on oath and questionnaire which was used in primary research.
