The purpose of this bachelor thesis is to describe the concept of logistics based on the acquired data and knowledgeThe beginning of this thesis is dedicated to theoretical issues of logistics and logistics of supply, production logistics, distribution logistics and logistic indicators. In the second part, I focus on the precise workflow of the order that the company provided me. In the last part, we have proposed a timing of door production and a reduction in the time schedule for the production and procurement of a new, more efficient machine that saves time and reduces the overall costs of the company.
