This bachelor thesis has a theoretical and empirical nature. The thesis uses multicriterial analysis which evaluates risk factors impacting working environment. It consists of statistical data concerning occupational diseases during last year, and of exact definitions of risk factors which affect workers when using welding and casting technology. A chosen group of professionals and students had determined the order of the risk factors. The final weight of chosen factors was acquired with the help of multicriterial analysis and Fuller method. Acquired weights are then compared between welding and casting technology and order of its importance is determined.
