My bachelor thesis is focused on general analysis of fire extinguishers in accordance with the legislation in force in the Slovak Republic. In this work the characteristics, distribution, use , as well as the comaprison of fire extinguishers acording to their extinguishing according to their extinguishing efficiency are presented. In this bachelor thesis, I have also dealt with a new extinction trend, namely water fog extinguishing, where I have detailed the advantages of such extinguishing.
