Zvolen. 2013The bachelor thesis deals with the decision making for the suitable supplier of the reconstructed PECTO restaurant in Bratislava. The aim of the bachelor thesis is to evaluate the supplier's choice using the pairing method and the analysis of the overall benefit. We propose a solution to improve the decision-making process for selecting a suitable supplier in cooperation with the operation manager.
