The aim of the bachelor thesis is to evaluate current situation of company SVOMA, based on the marketing analyses. Structure of thesis is divided into four parts. The first part includes theoretical bases of the marketing area, marketing mix, marketing planning, marketing strategy and marketing analyses which were used in the bachelor thesis, too. The second part includes the characteristics of the company SVOMA, its environment and its subject of enterprise. In the third part are applied marketing analyses, which are SWOT analysis, Porter´s five forces, PEST analysis and competition analysis.
