The Bachelor’s work has been elaborated on the topic Evaluation methods and tools of change effects in enterprise. Part one is a summary of basic starting points of the change management issue and methods of its evaluation. By the means of the scientific method called synthesis, Slovak and foreign theoretical pieces of knowledge available were gathered into one unit. In the analytic part, there is a case study elaborated regarding change evaluation in the specific enterprise with the aim to examine the change process, its adaptation among the employees and subsequent evaluation from the perspective of the management and dispatch department. In the final part, the results of the interviews with the management are elaborated and the questionnaires filled in by THP employees, and based on them there are positive as well as negative contributions evaluated regarding the organisational change. Likewise, suggestions and recommendations have been offered for elimination of the negative impacts of the change.
