The aim of the diploma thesis was to analyze the dimensional parameters of the workplaces from the perspective of ergonomics. I made the necessary measurements at Continental Automotive System Slovakia s. r. o. in Zvolen. My workplace analysis will be used as a basis for the health service to assess the workplace and workplace risks for selected workplaces. In the first part of my diploma thesis I dealt with the description of ergonomics. In the second part I analyzed the measurements. In the third part, I have put forward proposals for measures that should remove the shortcomings found. The aim of the work was fulfilled as I also presented my findings and draft measures with Continental Automotive System Slovakia s. r. o. and the company expressed my satisfaction with my work. The findings from this work will further serve the firm as background material.
